For some reason I could not post a follow-up to your I'm Single post.
I have recently stopped calling a guy who was approaching his senoir yr in college. He is a star player of the basketball team and has a double major. I was not UPSET that he had such a focus, but I could see that I could become a hinderance to his focus. I talked to him about us not starting a relationship and it was cool.
If he felt differently, we would have continued to get to know eachother at a very slow pace. I would have been fine with that too. Any woman who wants to get to know you should respect the fact that she can't always come first; you had goals before you met her. Stay focused. Some women, like myself, actually find that focus attractive. It's downright sexy to see a man doing something resourceful!
