I am a Hampton grad circa 1994 (HIU).
I'm going to put this out to you in a NON-biased way since you have less than two weeks.
It really boils down to whether you want a college experience in the city or in the country.
I went to grad school in the city (Temple University in Philly) and the experience is much different than the country area of Hampton Roads.
If you like quiet study time and you don't mind the 3 hour trip to DC, then HIU is your place.
And you CAN find some fun in Norfolk.
But if you can't do without the city life and you feel it won't take away from your Nursing studies, then you may want to consider Howard.
