**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist II to join our dynamic surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and experience in surgical technology, demonstrating proficiency in preparing operating rooms, handling surgical instruments, and assisting surgeons during procedures. This full-time position requires a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.

- Assist surgeons and surgical staff during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needs.

- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

- Maintain and inspect surgical instruments and equipment for proper functioning.

- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide efficient and effective patient care.

- Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with surgical technology advancements.

Work Experience

**Qualifications:**

- completion of a Surgical Technologist program and within the first year of their career pathway.

- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required, BLS

- Comprehensive knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterile techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-willing to learn all service lines: Trauma General surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, OMFS, Plastics, Vascular, Wound, Neuro, and many more.
