Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented students or alumni to join our team as a Remote Customer Service Assistant. This flexible, part-time position is ideal for individuals seeking extra income while gaining experience in marketing and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate receiving and shipping of promotional items from home or designated carriers
Track and manage outgoing promotional shipments
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records
Communicate with vendors and delivery services as needed
